Complete 2 cooling preventative maintenance check. Did not change the filter. Check safety and operations. Find downstairs system low charge. Leak search and recharge system to manufacturer spec under full warranty due to the coil that was replaced in 2/2019. Found a loose TXV connection. Upstairs system operating with in manufacturer spec. Suggest hard start kit for both Lennox heat-pump system
