Complete cooling pm check. Did not change filter. Cooling system operating with weak capacitor. Suggest to replace capacitor and install hard start kit to improve compressor start up and reduce load. Find system in crawlspace molded and high moisture. Suggest air purifier system to help improve air quality and prevent molding in side system
