Promises not kept. Broke minor items and did not tell. Did not clean dust from drilling/cutting. Left about 6 screws scattered around basement. Did not ask that I remove items from under steps before they blocked them by install. Problems with condensate pump due to improperly placed tube that I had to fix.

I am sorry you did not get the wow service you deserve. I did talk to both technicians and they said that you actually helped them move some items. We don't typically ask customers to do any work for us that we can easily take care of for you. Not sure what happened with the new drain tubing but I can certainly have someone come out and look at the job to ensure proper installation.
