So, first, I found over 500 positive reviews online so that was the first thing that caught my eye. The second thing was that they are family owned and operated. When I called to book an evaluation/estimate the office person was very polite and said she had someone available at noon to come out and evaluate our system. Less than 5 minuets after that call I got a text confirming the appointment. At 10:50 I got a text from Reece saying he was ahead of schedule and could start at 11am. While he was driving to our house I received a text with a pic of Reece and a bio, and a youtube channel with a bunch of customers talking about their experiences with Comfort Control and Reece in particular. Nice touch. I felt like I knew him by the time he arrived. Reece and Todd both did a great job listening to our concerns and evaluating our situation. Then they offered the best solutions for our system with detailed explanations of what each component would do for us. Reece gave us a cost estimate before the work was done, with a couple of options. Once we chose the direction they immediately went to work. They even found a few minor problems not discussed initially and fixed those as well. They worked until 8pm so they could finish the job in one day. These guys have a great work ethic, and are very polite and respectful, and they know what they’re talking about. They didn’t try to sell me unnecessary goods or services. When they were done they showed me the various repairs and cleaning they did to revise our system. I can tell immediately that we have better airflow – even on the opposite side of the house. I highly recommend Comfort Control – class act.
