A/c diagnostic in Maysville. Upon arrival found indoor unit running but not the outdoor unit. Condenser has a bad secondary motor controller not letting compressor come ON and not cool. Part has been replaced. System is cooling at this time.

Chemically washed condenser coil. Recommend surge protection to protect equipment from power surges. System is cooling at this time.

Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found duct had come off plenum. Reattached duct. Ducts are old and drenched. Need to be replaced and need to add a UV air purifier to the system.

Broken a/c repair call. Checked and found the system frozen due to low charge and leaking. The customer had to add several charges last year. Due to the system's age, poor conditions, and leaking charge I recommend the customer upgrades the system and does not repair. Customer need estimates. The office will schedule asap.
