Furnace maintenance. Customer's unit hadn't been looked at in a couple of years and needed some TLC. Made sure everything was working correctly, advised customer that their unit was getting up in years and they should start planning for a furnace replacement sometime in the next 2-3 years.

One system heat tune-up in monroe. Arrived on site, changed filter and checked drain line. Checked heat kit, electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found system with a clogged filter causing an air obstruction and unit without water safty, unit has some organic growth that should be addressed before it gets too bad. I also recommend installing hard start kit to compressor to assist on startup, eazy p-trap to clean drain line, and surge protection to both pieces of equipment. Unit is operating normally at this time.

Arrived on site to preform a two system inspection, found both indoor units with weak capacitors, organic growth in each as well, recommend installing uv purifier to each system, pulling and cleaning blower motor assembly on each, and installing secondary water safety to each unit. Outdoor, found pressures high but functional due to dirty coils. Recommend installing compressor assist kit to outdoor units and surge protection to outdoor and indoor units as well as a few other upgrades to each system listed in estimates. Both systems are operating at this time.
