Evaporator coil drain pan is cracked, needs to be replaced. Part is under warranty but labor is not, quoted $1150 for labor. Coil will need to be replaced for system to cool properly and to prevent water buildup in system. Customer wants to move forward with repair. Make sure to call Cam when repairs are ready (404)642-3134. Ordered coil from Goodman distribution, coil is on back order. Should take 7-10 business days for coil to come in.
Water in emergency pan. Opened Air handler to inspect drain pan. Didn’t see any immediate signs of internal leakage. Primary drain line is put together with many pvc couplings. Possible source of leak. Cleared drain pan and replaced start section of drain. If leak persists, we will need to pump down the outdoor unit and pull evaporator coil to check for a crack in the drain pan.
Ac service in Murrayville. Discovered clogged p trap. Replaced with EZ trap and removed all water for, emergency drain pan and cleared drain line. Tested system. System operation normal at this time.
Ac repair murrayville. Discovered main level system drain line clogged tripping drain line water safety and shutting system down. Rebuilt drain line with ez trap and tested operation of system. System cooling at this time.
No cool in Murrayville Ga. no air blowing for main floor Found system in system delay mode. Checked all other electrical and mechanical components. All other functions are functioning properly at this time. System cooling at this time.
Ac maintenance in Murrayville, Georgia. 7 systems. Added chlorine tablets to condensate pumps. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found main house basement evaporater coil to be rusty, corroded and therefore likely to leak refrigerant. Found upstairs dual capacitor to be bad (45/5 mfd), no reading on compressor side at all. Replaced main house upstairs dual capacitor. Changed main level and upstairs filter for main house. Systems are cooling at this time. For the main house- upstairs system is in the attic, main level and basement systems are in the basement. For guest house there are two upstairs units located in the attic, one in a closet in the basement and another in the tool room.
Replaced main level evaporator coil. Pressure tested and flushed system with nitrogen. Pulled vacuum to 500 microns. Recharged system and it is operating at this time.
Ac diagnostic. Found main system low on r410a due to a refrigerant leak in evaporator coil. Ordered new evaporator coil, it will take a while to come in from the factory. Recharged system to get customer by. Will call to schedule repair when coil comes in. Part is under warranty, labor is not. System is cooling at this time but actively leaking refrigerant.
Complete 3 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Replace all filter in house. Replace main house upstairs uv bulb. Install hard start for all Heatpump system, install surge protection for all heatpump system. Replace guess house main electrical switch for upstairs and main level. Repair burnt damage wire for main house basement system. Install inline water protection for main house both system in basement. Install both inline water protection for guess house upstairs system and main level system. Pull/clean Airhandler and evaporator coil for guess house system in attic, basement and for main house both in basement. All 3 system operating at this time.
Complete 7 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. on both the main house and guest house. Main house with 3 system. Upstairs system operating within manufacturer spec, need hard start kit and need filter. Find main system operating with in manufacturer spec. Note: customer stated system was not operating properly. Check and find tstat was not set properly on time and date. Reset tstat. Need to install hard start kit and change filter. Find basement system Heatpump coil damage and decaying. Remove rat nest and repair crews wire. System need hard start kit. Find guess house 4 system. Upstairs bedroom system operating normal with in manufacturer spec. Need new filter. Find upstairs second system operating but evaporator coil badly rusted and Airhandler molded. Missing water protection and contactor burnt and damage. Find main system not operating due to rat damage contactor.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. A/C repair for the upstairs guest house. Found algae tripped in line watery safety. Discovered old drain p-trap filled with algae. Replaced with EZ trap for easy clean out with wire brush included that stays with the system. Also, install APCO antimicrobial light to prevent mold from growing in the system and help maintain algae growth inside the system where the water begins and enters the drain line. System operation normal at this time. Please call Mr. Sallee and collect

Completed 7 system cooling maintenance. All filters are clean. Upstairs guest house bedroom is low on refrigerant. System is very old and should be considered replaced. Other option is adding a leak seal to fix freon leak. This system should have a inline water safety switch install. Main level guest house system is old but working good. Both system should also have a start kit installed to increase lifespan and efficiency. Main level house system is working good. Along with the Masterbedroom. Main house basement system is old and outdated. System is cooling good.
Gas valve bad. Need to find LP gas valve for a very old Gibson Package unit. Will call customer with availability.
