The young man, Mr. Tran, was exceptional. Worked quickly, but thoroughly, and explained very well everything that he suggested we do to bring our air unit current.
Vu Tran was great as usual. I needed my water heater replaced and he took inventory of the heater and the furnace that is next to the water heater to make sure what had to be done to complete the installation. As always, he was thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Great technician and always friendly.

Sign up 3 cci plan and complete 3 cooling pm check. Change filter, check drain and clean ac coil. Find upstairs system operating with low charge, weak compressor capacitor, missing in line water protection in attic and system missing hard start kit for cooling system. Find main system operating within manufacturer spec but missing hard start kit. Find basement system operating with low charge and missing hard start kit. Need to repair to get system back to manufacturer spec and recommendations. Suggest surge protection for outdoor systems. Suggest air purifier system to improve air quality and prevent molding. Customer will look over the estimates and call cci back
Check and find system coil very and low charge. Find system needing hard start kit for Lennox system. Customer only want to recharge and not the hard start kit. Clean ac coil for customer and recharge with 2 lbs to manufacturer spec. Suggest hard start kit and surge protection
No cool. Find system have faulty icomfort tstat from Lennox. Customer want to install eecobee tstat. Adjust wire and connect tstat customer. Need set schedule to come back to check on system charge and operations.
No cool. Check and find burnt fuse due do to damage control wire at near ac system running in wall of house. Repair wire for customer. Sign up 1 cci plan and complete cooling pm check. Did not change, check drain and clean ax coil. Replace bad capacitor and install hard start kit. System operating at this time. Suggest apco air purifier to help improve air quality and prevent molding.
Did A/C tune-up, found system not cooling correctly with low Freon, supply air 72, return 77, added 1 lb to balance superheat, changed 16/25/1 filter, checked drain line, also need new blower capacitor and blower wheel cleaning, system is 19 y/o and needs replacement but the client is not ready for upgrade. Checked ac components, no water to clean the outdoor coil. Add charge
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Installed 2 disconnect power box, 2 electrical power conduit from power box to condensers, replaced 2 section low voltage wire for both condenser, replaced 2 main electrical switch for both condenser. Repair Freon leak at the liquid line for downstair system. Installed new liquid line drier for downstair, flushed Lindsey and pulled vacuum to 500 microns. Added 5 lbs of Freon to downstair system. Both outdoor system compressor draws high amps. Needs compressor saver and surge protection for outdoor system
Replace warranty evaporator coil. Pressure test and recharge system to manufacturer spec. System operating at this time.
Sign up 2 cci plan. Complete cooling pm check. Change 2 filter 16x25x1. Check drain and clean 2 coil coil. Find upstairs have bad blower motor. Replace blower motor with new capacitor and new belly band. Suggest hard start kit for Carrie unit but customer want to wait. Both system operating at this time.
1 system A/C tune-up for Apt C. Found no filter inside the furnace are and dirty blower wheel. Install filter, and clean the dirty condenser coil. Found burnt/pitted the main switch, found a weak starter and low on Freon. There were no caps on the connection for gauges. I added 2 brass caps. The owner just wants to add Freon and compressor saver. Installed compressor saver and added 1 lb of Freon. The system is cooling at this time
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Renew Comfort Club Membership. Find upstairs system operating with in manufacturer spec. Did not change filter. Find downstairs system low charge and almost empty of charge. Add R410 to do leak search. Find system leaking at evaporator coil in basement. Need to replace coil under warranty. System off at this time.
Came to inspect both outdoor ac unit. Fire damage exposed to low voltage wire, high voltage wire and Freon line set. Right side has no Freon do to leak on the line. Have to repair the leak, add all new Freon and also a line drier for system. Potential other issue will occur after the repairs are made by visual inspection. Gave a estimate for repairs and will have to check system after repairs are made to make sure system is working and safe to operate.
