Our evaporator coil started leaking. Vu diagnosed the problem promptly, created a temporary system to collect the leakage in a bucket, and created quotes for 3 options to fix it. For several reasons, we decided on the least expensive solutions. Vu came yesterday as scheduled and made the repairs and cleaned up in a very expeditious and professional manner. When completed, he showed me his work and how he improved the piping input, casing for the coil, and modifications of the interior of the unit to help prevent mold. He also told me that the new coil not only worked with the old refrigerant as quoted, but could be flushed and used with used with the newer refrigerants when and if needed. It is always evident that he takes pride in his work, knows what he is doing, and understands customer service while also promoting his company. I will always request Vu to perform my service.
Yesterday Vu came to our house to check out a leak in our basement. I always request that he be assigned our service calls because of his knowledge and customer service. He found the leak to be a rack in the evaporator coils of our A C unit. He then created a baffle that diverted the leak so that it could be collected into a bucket rather than puddling on our floor. After that, he searched for the availability for replacement parts and created three different options to correct our problem.

The young man, Mr. Tran, was exceptional. Worked quickly, but thoroughly, and explained very well everything that he suggested we do to bring our air unit current.
Vu Tran was great as usual. I needed my water heater replaced and he took inventory of the heater and the furnace that is next to the water heater to make sure what had to be done to complete the installation. As always, he was thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Great technician and always friendly.

Found upstairs furnace door not on completely enough to activate door switch and downstairs thermostat was set for 85 and it was 76 in house customer thought it was the other way around which made him think the unit wasnâ€™t working.

Discovered bad secondary controller and weak compressor starter and burnt electrical switch on the downstairs system. Replaced all. Added hard start to the upstairs system. Changed downstairs up to the bulb. Installed platinum UV system in the upstairs system. The downstairs compressor was overheated, ran water on it and was able to get it to start. Signed up for comfort club membership. System operation normal at this time.
Installed 4 ton heatpump for system #3. Added surge protectors for all Condensers.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Check and find upstairs system drain fill with water due to a clogged drain. Clear drain and remove for the customer. System drain normally at this time. Suggest additional water safety for a drain line.
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found bad breaker on Lennox system. Replaced with breaker not being used. Bryant System has a fried control board. Gave options to replace the board or upgrade system. The customer chose the upgrade. Schedule for FRi aM.

Vacuum water out of the pan in the attic for the customer. System operating at this time. Find the cooling system operating with brunt and damage main electrical switch, find system missing hard start kit and missing inline water protection. Suggest repair but customer declined.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Customer only wants to recharge the system at this time. Recharge upstairs and downstairs system. Both system operating at this time.
