Vu Tran was great as usual. I needed my water heater replaced and he took inventory of the heater and the furnace that is next to the water heater to make sure what had to be done to complete the installation. As always, he was thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Great technician and always friendly.
Extremely courteous and had us up and running again in no time! Very pleased.
We have been using Comfort Control for several years. We always request Vu Tran. We have found him to be honest and knowledgeable, and hope to continue working with him and CC.
I've used Comfort Control for many years following a less than stellar performance by another company. I trust Vu Tran to tell me the truth and only recommend what's necessary to keep my system in good operating condition. He takes the time to discuss any concerns and does a very thorough checkup. He sends me quotes immediately and, in many cases, offers choices to suit my retirement budget. I have to carefully budget and Comfort Control helps me do that.
As always, great service
Vu is so thorough and explains everything completely!
