James had to do several things, which took most of the afternoon, to find the problem with our system. We will need a new one, but James' attitude was great! Thank you!
When I shop for goods or services I look for I look for two things quality and value. Over all the many years dealing with Comfort Control. I am pleased to say I always get both.
Jon served my house in Buford. He is not just a service guy but more like a little brother I see twice a year. Now in Oakwood he has been here twice. I never have to worry about having a stranger in my house. Because he is so personal. We have over the years gotten to know each other, very important to me. You don't have to show me what he looks like, I know. Trust is also important to me Comfort Control has it. And they send me a tech that I know and trust is a big deal. Don't blow wind up my skirt to sell something. If he says it needs to be fixed or replaced I respect that and so confident I get it done..
Have always had excellent service with Comfort Control! Thanks Jon!
I have never in all the years I have used this company, had ant reason complain.
