Very good experience
Moved this year. Had a contract with Comfort Control at my last house. So glad to have them on my team again. Heating and air conditioning are a must. Failure is not an option. I am to old or spoiled to put up with that. With their service I have one less thing to worry about. It is bad enough that my thermostat is not working well. But the one in my house does.
He needs a raise. Good employee
These guys are great. One of them even took off his shoes before entering our house and not because we asked him. He did it on his own. I know it was probably hard to put them on take them off. I really like these guys. I would definitely use them again. Great job guys.
Keep doing what you doing
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Emergency pan was full of water. Removed water and found a defective float switch. Replaced switch with an inline safety switch. Checked system. Recommend replacing motor controller in the condenser. Cust wants to wait. Restored cooling.
Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Found bad blower motor and very dirty assembly. Need to replace motor and pull and clean assembly. Did repairs and restored cooling. Recommend adding a UV system to Airhandler. Signed customer up for comfort club membership.
Complete 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filters. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found high co levels in the main level furnace. Recalibrated furnace for lower co levels. Systems are heating at this time.

Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. New comfort club membership. Replaced dirty filter. Found dirty/ rusty evaporator coil, burnt/pitted main switch, the starter is weak and compressor draws high amps. Found outdoor system on 2 sides of the coil needs more clearance for entering the air, at least 12" of clearance. Tested Freon and got 9-degree subcooling. Freon is good, Installed compressor saver and clean evaporator coil. The system is heating normally.
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. found blower wheel and ducts very dirty. Need to be cleaned. Found al electrical components good. The system needs compressor saver to extend the life of the compressor. Cleaned condenser and changed filter. The system is cooling.
Complete 1 system heating repair and preventative maintenance check. Check all components. No watery safety on system. Inducer motor was stuck on first star up. But started normal every cycle after. Added water safeties
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. both systems work ok, checked thermostats operation ok, checked up light air purifiers, found hanging neutral wire on DS UV unit, checked blowers components, replaced blower capacitor on Upstairs system and installed float switch, checked operating pressures, heat pumps components, cleaned outdoor coils.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. No cool upstairs. System 29 years old and uses 407C refrigerant. Discovered bad se I dart motor controller. Replaced and added compressor saver hard start kit. System cooling at this time. System needs to be replaced. Homeowner going over finances and will get back to us next week
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filter. Tested components. Chemically washed condenser coil. The system is cooling at this time.
Completed a system tune up found 19 year old system with good pressures and good capacitor and contactor. System does not have a hard start kit or any surge protection installed recommend hard start kit to prolong life of compressor by taking away a lot of power from compressor during initial start up. Also recommend surge protection to prevent all components in condenser from possibly over heating or blowing all together during a power surge. Also recommend apco UV light to kill and prevent any bacteria or growth from accumulating in house or ductwork. This will also clean and purify air and any unwanted odors in house. System is cooling.
A/C repair for a mini split. Check and find system low charge. Leaks but did not detect the leak. Did detect very small amount at the mini-split head but not sure if is it a leak. Recharge system and add a sealer to help with leaks. Tighten valve connection and cap. System operating at this time.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Washed condensers. Replaced filters. Added inline safety switch to Furnace in Attic. Recommend start kit for downstairs condenser and adding an additional APCO to downstairs. The customer could only do the inline switch for now. Renewed Comfort Club membership.
