Very good experience
Moved this year. Had a contract with Comfort Control at my last house. So glad to have them on my team again. Heating and air conditioning are a must. Failure is not an option. I am to old or spoiled to put up with that. With their service I have one less thing to worry about. It is bad enough that my thermostat is not working well. But the one in my house does.
He needs a raise. Good employee
These guys are great. One of them even took off his shoes before entering our house and not because we asked him. He did it on his own. I know it was probably hard to put them on take them off. I really like these guys. I would definitely use them again. Great job guys.

Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Calibrated gas valve. Co levels were very high. The furnace is old and should be considered replacing. Setup for the CA to come out and give options for a cooling system and replacing the furnace.
Completed heating tuneup. Replaced filter. Found Heat Pump working good. UVC System is working good. Recommend adding a start kit to system for better startup and overall efficiency. Will also extend life and decrease load on compressor.
Furnace won't shut off. Came and found thermostat set for 76 and reads 76. Cycle the system and working normally. Potential thermostat relay could be stuck close once in a while. Found worn ignition and furnace has not been calibrated for combustion. Replaced ignition and system is heating normally
Complete 3 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Found left side air handler and main air handler 17 years old with very dirty blower wheels and failing capacitor and zero water safety and concerning amounts of mold in systems. Recommend replacing both systems or cleaning blower wheels changing out capacitor adding float switches and adding UV inhibitors to the system to get the best performance and protect the home and air as well. The upstairs system is 6 years old and running well with no backup water safety. Recommend inline float switch to better protect the house.
Complete 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. found upstairs system good and UV light working good. Changed filter. Recommend electro static filter to better clean the air of dust and debris and keep the system and house cleaner longer. Also, recommend secondary water switch to better protect system and house from water damage.
Complete 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Found upstairs with a standard one inch filter. Blower wheel is clean. Flex gas line going into furnace which is not code and single wall flu which is also not code. System does have UV air purifier that is running good as well as 2 forms of water safety which both work. Flame sensor and igniter are clean and working. System is heating. Attic stair case has no attic tent meaning the only thing dividing the attic and living space is a thin price of plywood which allows heat to escape very easily. Recommend attic tent for better insulation which can lower bills. Downstairs needs secondary water safety switch as well as UV purifier to treat whole house. Also downstairs has standard 1 inch filter and out of code flu and gas line. Installed compressor saver that was recommended at last visit. Systems are heating.

Checked system. Recommend replacing motor controller in the condenser. Cust wants to wait. Restored cooling.

Complete 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filters. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found high co levels in the main level furnace. Recalibrated furnace for lower co levels. Systems are heating at this time.

Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. New comfort club membership. Replaced dirty filter. Found dirty/ rusty evaporator coil, burnt/pitted main switch, the starter is weak and compressor draws high amps. Found outdoor system on 2 sides of the coil needs more clearance for entering the air, at least 12" of clearance. Tested Freon and got 9-degree subcooling. Freon is good, Installed compressor saver and clean evaporator coil. The system is heating normally.

Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. both systems work ok, checked thermostats operation ok, checked up light air purifiers, found hanging neutral wire on DS UV unit, checked blowers components, replaced blower capacitor on Upstairs system and installed float switch, checked operating pressures, heat pumps components, cleaned outdoor coils.

Replaced and added compressor saver hard start kit. System cooling at this time. System needs to be replaced. Homeowner going over finances and will get back to us next week
