1 system ac tuneup. Left filter for owner, clean condenser coil. System is 18 years old. Main switch and starter is still good, suggest to add compressor saver to extend life of system. Owner wants to wait. System is cooling normal at this time
ADDed r22 to system to get customer cooling. quoted new system.
Performed 2 system cooling maintenance. Filters were recently changed. Flushed drain lines. Cleaned outdoor units.
Found CFM locked up. Need to replace motor and capacitor.
Performed 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance. Installed 2x apco si ultraviolet lighting systems. Flushed drain lines. Cleaned outdoor units. Systems operating properly at this time. No form of water safety upstairs. Recommend installing inline PVC switch and pan float switch. Did not see surge protection. Recommend installing whole home surge protector. Outdoor units do not have hard start kit. Hardstark kits prolong the life of the compressor and quiet unit.
1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check complete. Did not change the filter. Tested mechanical and electrical components, found pitted voltage distribution system. Replaced voltage distribution system. Added chlorine tablets to the condensate pump. Chemically washed condenser coil. The system is cooling at this time.

2 system ac prepaid pm. Replaced filter and clean condenser coil. Found main floor system with compressor not running and pulling lock rotor amp. Installed hard start kit for main floor system. Owner decline hard start for downstair system. Charged upstair and downstair system with 1 lbs of freon. Both system cooling normal
2 system ac renewal. Replaced filter, put bleach tablet in condensate pump, and clean condenser coil. Replaced downstair system main switch for heatpump. Both system cooling normal
Complete Fuel Delivery System Renovation. Test and system operating at this time. Replace flame safety HM15A. Sign up 1 CCI plan and complete heating check. Will need to replace filter in spring visit. Suggest apco air purifier to improve air quality and prevent molding.
No heat. Check and find heating fail due to faulty Fuel Delivery System. Need to replace. Order part and need to come back to renovate Fuel Delivery System. System off at this time. Need to schedule
Completed maintnenace on trane furnace. Found evaporator coil very rusty with mold growing. Found igniter white and brittle recommend replacing, Replaced igniter with new 80v igniter. Unit is operating normal at this time.
2 system furnace renewal. Replaced filter, checked electrical and safety switches all ok at this time. Both system heating normal. Found upstair system with signs of mold growth, needs apco uv light for bacteria and mold prevention
I replaced the fan motor with the exact replacement motor for $350. I will return the temporary motor to East Coast. I also changed out the fan/compressor controller out also for $50.
No heat call. System is operating properly at this time. Inducer motor may need to be replaced if problem persists. Inducer motor making loud whining noise that isn't normal.
