These guys are great. One of them even took off his shoes before entering our house and not because we asked him. He did it on his own. I know it was probably hard to put them on take them off. I really like these guys. I would definitely use them again. Great job guys.

Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. both systems work ok, checked thermostats operation ok, checked up light air purifiers, found hanging neutral wire on DS UV unit, checked blowers components, replaced blower capacitor on Upstairs system and installed float switch, checked operating pressures, heat pumps components, cleaned outdoor coils.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. No cool upstairs. System 29 years old and uses 407C refrigerant. Discovered bad se I dart motor controller. Replaced and added compressor saver hard start kit. System cooling at this time. System needs to be replaced. Homeowner going over finances and will get back to us next week
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filter. Tested components. Chemically washed condenser coil. The system is cooling at this time.
Completed a system tune up found 19 year old system with good pressures and good capacitor and contactor. System does not have a hard start kit or any surge protection installed recommend hard start kit to prolong life of compressor by taking away a lot of power from compressor during initial start up. Also recommend surge protection to prevent all components in condenser from possibly over heating or blowing all together during a power surge. Also recommend apco UV light to kill and prevent any bacteria or growth from accumulating in house or ductwork. This will also clean and purify air and any unwanted odors in house. System is cooling.
A/C repair for a mini split. Check and find system low charge. Leaks but did not detect the leak. Did detect very small amount at the mini-split head but not sure if is it a leak. Recharge system and add a sealer to help with leaks. Tighten valve connection and cap. System operating at this time.

Recommend start kit for downstairs condenser and adding an additional APCO to downstairs. The customer could only do the inline switch for now. Renewed Comfort Club membership.

Outside units are cleaned and pressures are good. Recommend hard start kit to downstairs system and surge protector for both. Changed filters. Systems running at this time.

Dehumidifier was leaking water due to clogged ptrap. Cleaned trap, cleaned pump and added chlorine tablets to condensate pump. Went ahead and did cooling maintenance and found weak capacitor in condenser.replaced capacitor. Changed filter customer provided. Chemically washed condenser coil. System is cooling at this time.
Completed one system maintenance found unit to be running on low pressure recommended leak seal and add refrigerant since we have added some in the past. Completed repair. Filteris good coil is clean. Bloweris clean. System running at this time
Completed one system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Thermostat wire coming from wall has 2 green wires. Crossed the 2 wires which caused the heat to run continuously. Switched back and checked all functions.
