HVAC inspection in Roswell. 2 systems. Discovered upstairs system operation normal for both heating and cooling although there is no filter in system and Filter door needs to be adjusted to be able to shut it all the way. Basement system not heating or cooling. System has restriction in the refrigeration circuit causing the system to shut off on high pressure. Restriction needs to be located and repaired for proper operation.
