Completed one system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Find two 4-year-old Lennox cooling system operating at this time. Did not change a filter, check safety and operations. Suggest installing a hard start kit for a cooling system. Suggest inline line water protection for both the evaporator coil drain line in the attic. Suggest apco air purifier to improve air quality and prevent molding.
