System is not cooling due to a plugged evaporator coil, systems pressures were 56/610 upon arrival. Reclaimed some refrigerant and pressures were still unstable, 52/310. Evaporator coil will need to be replaced for system to cool properly. Quoted $3250 for 3 ton R-410 evaporator coil. Changed 20x25x1 filter on system. Condensate pump has failed and is causing water buildup in crawl space. Flue pipe is not sealed properly and is allowing condensation to be brought on the top side of the furnace causing corrosion. All issues should be addressed imminently.
