System is heating at this time . •Sediment trap is not code for the gas valve would highly recommend bringing that up to code. •Air movement system has lots of particle build up which is causing a decrease in air quality and making blower work harder would highly suggest having the air movement system pulled out and deep chemical washed . •Would recommend a secondary water safety device to prevent water damage to the equipment. •Today I wiped off some biological growth on the equipment with some disaffect whips . Would highly recommend a UV light in the system to kill and prevent the growth from getting into the air stream .
