Today 11/12/202, I had the pleasure of meeting 2 gentlemen from Comfort Control Heating & Air . Jordan was the service tech that showed up to service the unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable . Jordan recommended that we upgrade to a newer unit since my old unit uses R-22 which has already been phased out. I agreed. So then he advised his dispatcher and had Garrett come out to give me a quote. He was very professional and suggested a couple of options that would fit into my budget . He then made a call to his dispatch and set up an appointment for them to come out the next day and do the complete install . I was very happy and my wife was too . I cannot thank them for their service to our community and an AWESOME group of highly reputable team . Thank You Tom! You have AWESOME personnel working for you .
