I came down to my basement to find water pouring out of my system. Reese from Comfort Control was there in about an hour and had the problem quickly resolved. He was courteous and efficient. We greatly appreciated the after hours service that allowed us to sleep in a cool house without worrying about water damage.
I had a great experience and Reece did a great job tried everything to check out my pump and it’s fine! Appreciate his kindness and professionalism!
Will start to use periodic servicing

Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Cleaned outdoor coils and checked all components. All electrical components tested within normal manufacturing spec. The downstairs system is 28 years old and extremely inefficient, replacement is highly recommended. The upstairs system is extremely low on return with only 1-12" R6 return. The system needs return plenum and 2 additional return ducts to vents installed to provide proper efficiency and life of system. The system is also low on charge and leaking from the evaporator coil. Verified the part is covered under warranty but the labor is not
A/c repair call. Discovered failed outdoor secondary controller. Replaced under parts warranty. System cooling at this time.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Cleaned outdoor coils and checked all components. All components tested within normal manufacturing spec. Systems do not have drain line water safeties to help prevent flooding in the case of common drain line clogs. System would also greatly benefit from compressor saver hard start kits to reduce stress on compressor and reduce energy consumption on startup which will extend the life of the systems. System cooling at this time.
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. 2-year-old a/c. Furnace is 15 years old. Blower has slight layer of dust on it. Changed filter. Capacitor is good. Cleared drain line. System has no back up water safety device. DeltaT between return and supply is 16 degrees. Outdoor system is washed off good has good pressures. And good electrical components. Has no compressor saver or surge protection.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found upstairs system not cooling due to compressor not turning on. The system is old and needs to be replaced. The downstairs system was struggling to keep up. Condenser coil was dirty causing high head pressure. Also, the air around condenser was 105 degrees. Recommend upgrading both systems. Sending Garrett out for a consultation.
A/c repair call. On arrival found zone damper working. Possible loose wire for motor. Tightly re wired damper to zone board. Tested both zones more than 5 times. Both open and close like they are supposed to. If the problem occurs again will return to replace zone damper.
Complete 3 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filters. Tested mechanical and electrical components.Cleared upstairs drain line. Tested refrigerant pressures. Found upstairs system slightly low on r410a, recommend either evaporator coil replacement or ac and coil replacement as previously recommended by steve. Recommend hard start kits for main level (to take a load off compressors so they start smoother, run smoother and therefore last longer) and basement systems and surge protection for all equipment to protect equipment from power surges. Systems are cooling at this time. Thank you so much for your business today! It is greatly appreciated!
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Tested all components. Discovered main level system functional but slightly undercharged. Added compressor saver to the system. Discovered the upstairs system with leaking outdoor secondary controller. Systems 17 years old. Due to age replacement is highly recommended. Systems cooling at this time
A/c repair call. On site found the main floor system low on refrigerant. Found leak in the liquid line. Repaired leak adjusted pressures. Found filters to be dirty client denied changing has stated he will change them. The system is operating and cooling at this time.
A/c repair call. The customer was having problems with portable dehumidifier draining. Checked the tubing and found no clogs. Tested condensate pump, found no problems. Changed tubing to a different portable dehumidifier provided by the customer.
