I just completed a full HVAC duct cleaning service for a client's home. I used a high-powered truck-mounted vacuum system to remove accumulated dust, debris, and pet dander from the supply and return ducts throughout the house. I also treated the ductwork with an EPA-registered antimicrobial sealant to inhibit future microbial growth. The air flow has been restored, improving the system's efficiency and indoor air quality for the homeowner.
Ductwork service call. Customer's ductwork suffered some damage when a tree fell on their home during a recent storm. Performed all necessary ductwork repairs and even improved the routing a little bit to give them some more space in their attic.
Furnace maintenance service call. Customer has a 7 year old Bryant system. Went through heating tune-up checklist, checked the unit for correct operation, made a few minor tweaks to improve performance. Discussed available upgrades for when the customer is interested in a new heating installation.
Air Conditioner not working. Clogged drain lines. Cleared drains, air conditioner blowing cold air near mcginnis ferry road
AC Repair on 12 year old 4 ton Carrier system. Air conditioning not cooling properly, clean drain lines, diagnose and repair.
Air Conditioning Repair Suwanee. Air conditioner not blowing cold air, technician came out and determined bad capacitor. Replace capacitor HVAC system is operating smoothly near suwanee creek.
A/c diagnostic in Suwanee. Found indoor unit running, outdoor unit fan was running but not the compressor. Condenser has a bad secondary motor controller. Replaced capacitor system is cooling at this time. Blower wheel is clean, evaporator coil is clean, drain line is flushed.
Maintenance in 2 Goodman gas furnaces and AC. Both systems working at normal operations. Replaced downstairs condensate pump and hose. Recommended blower motor cleanings for both furnaces. Replaced 1 16x25x1 filter upstairs. Downstairs media filter needs to be replaced.
Ac service in Suwannee. Discovered system frozen and leaking refrigerant from evaporator coil. Due to age and condition replacement is HIGHLY recommended. Homeowner chose to refill refrigerant with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. Refilled refrigerant. System cooling temporary.
Ac service in Suwannee. Discovered old pvc Union gasket failing to seal properly. Removed Union and installed coupling with glue.
No cool Suwannee. Customer called about inadequate cooling. Found a leaking evaporator coil. Very dirty blower wheel. And weak capacitor. Due to leaking coil and cost of repairs I recommend a new system. Changed filter. Compressor is still good. Outdoor capacitor is within range. Pressures are low due to leak.
Replaced upstairs and downstairs evaporator coils
Maintenance Suwannee. Did a leak search on both evaporator coils. Did not find any leaks. Blower wheels are clean. Changed filters. Drain lines are clear. No cracks in the heat exchangers. Outdoor capacitors are both within range. Pressures on both systems are within range. Systems are cooling at this time.
Tune up Suwannee. Did a leak search on both evaporator coils. Did not find any leaks. Upstairs systems capacitor was weak. I changed the capacitor. Main level units capacitor is within range. Both blower wheels are clean. Filters are clean. Drain lines are clear. No cracks in either heat exchanger. Pressures on both systems are within range. One of the outdoor capacitors was weak. I changed that capacitor. The other capacitor was within range. Both systems are cooling at this time.
No cool in Suwanee. System is cooling at this time, customer said unit is icing up From time to time. Blower wheel is a little bit dusty, evaporator coil is rusty and clean but no leaks was found, also did fine the filter was pressed against blower housing, ( filter is inside furnace no filter rack ). Outdoor unit refrigerant pressures are good and all electrical components are working properly at this time.
