3 system a/c repair and tune_up complete. Found weak blower motor controller in the upstairs system (7.5 uf). Found weak blower motor controller in basement system (5 uf). Found main level system very low on r22 causing system to freeze up. Found basement and upstairs systems both slightly low on r22. R22 is being phased out by the EPA in 2020. Chemically washed condenser coils. Recharged the main level system with 4 lbs r22, recharged upstairs and basement systems with 1 lb r22 each. Added leak seal to all systems (not guaranteed). Replaced upstairs and basement blower motor controllers. Systems are cooling at this time. Customer upgraded tune-up to a Comfort Club Membership plan.

Replaced main level evaporater coil under full warranty. Flushed with nitrogen, pulled vacuum to 300 microns and charged system to 6 degrees subcooling per manufacturer specifications. System is cooling at this time.

One system a/c repair and tune up complete. Changed filter. Found water in drain pan caused by improperly constructed drain line. Did a quick reconstruction for drain line to drain properly. Found evaporator coil to be rusty and corroded. Did a leak search and found a leak in the evaporator coil. Refrigerant pressures are okay at this time but evaporator coil is actively leaking. There is no water safety on system to shut it off as a safety in the event of water in the drain pan. Voltage absorption system is running weak. Due to age and condition of system, recommend upgrading system to a more reliable, more efficient system. System is cooling at this time. Added leak sealer to system (not guaranteed) and replaced voltage absorption system
