A/C repair call. Checked and downstairs a/c unit failing due to bad Tstat and faulty compressor capacitor. Replace capacitor and repaired Tstat with Aprilaire 8467. System operating at this time. Found upstairs system starter weak and low charge. Install compressor hard start kit and recharges system. Test and found system operating but has high head pressure but operating at this time. Cleaned both outdoor units for customer due to the coil being very dirty.
