Furnace diagnosis in Winder, Georgia. Tested system and found it operational. Found blower capacitor to be very weak, recommend replacing. Customer wants to replace himself. System is heating at this time.
Ac diagnostic in Winder, Georgia. Found system with very dirty filter, changed filter. Found blower capacitor to be extremely weak (10uf). Found dual capacitor to be weak. Found system very low on r22. R22 is a refrigerant that has been phased out by the epa. System needs to be replaced.
No cool in winder . Arrived on site, found outdoor control wire going to unit cut, repaired wire and tested system. No other issues present at this time.

One system tune up. Customer says zones are not keeping up. Tested system. Zone dampers are functioning properly. Found evaporator coil slightly dirty. Found air leakage where unit connects to supply plenum. Added tape to better seal airflow. Recommend sealing with mastic. Found weak capacitor and system is overcharged. Recommend replacement of capacitor and adjusting refrigerant pressures. Recommend cleaning of evaporator coil. Return ductwork is undersized by 300 cfm, recommend installing another 10â€ return for proper airflow. Supply ductwork is undersized by 120 cfm, recommend installing another 8â€ duct with damper for improved airflow. System is cooling at this time.
No cool, found bad capacitor, replaced under full warranty. System is cooling at this time.
A/c repair call. Found system with a bad capacitor (45/5 uf). Found dirty blower wheel as well. Water safety on the system is code compliant but there is no overflow protection switch for the drain line. Recommend replacing the capacitor, cleaning the blower wheel, installing overflow protection switch, and installing a hard start kit to reduce the load on the compressor so it starts smoother, runs smoother, and therefore lasts longer. Completed one system maintenance found blower and evap coil clean. Changed filter cleared drain line. System has no air purification other than standard one in filter. Would benefit from having UV air purifier and electro static filter to better filter air and keep system and house cleaner longer. Outdoor system has good pressures and working electrical components. System has no compressor saver or surge protection
Completed one system tune up found system 13 years old and running on r22 refrigerant. Informed customer of phase out of r22. Indoor system zoned has no back up water safety installed. Blower whee is clean filter is good. Outdoor unit does have good pressures and has working electrical components. System is cooling properly at this time.
Completed diagnostic found system low on refrigerant causing coil to freeze. Outdoor system and blower wheel very dirty and need to be cleaned for better efficiency and relieve stress on units. System has no water safety attached to protect system or house from water damage in the event the drain line clogs. System needs to be replaced due to age and efficiency.
Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check.Upon arrival, the thermostat was set to 69 while holding 69 in the house. Systems pressures are good while having a 121 supply. Filter pretty dirty but otherwise no issues with the system.

Found electrical pitting present on main electrical switch switch. System is 19 years old. Due to age and condition of system, recommend upgrading to something more reliable and efficient. If customer wants to keep system running as long as possible, recommend replacement of blower capacitor and main electrical switch with a blower wheel cleaning. Water safety switch is highly recommended to protect ceiling from water damage. System is heating at this time.
