Recommend installing hard start kit to take a load off of compressor so it starts smoother, runs smoother and therefore lasts longer. Recommend installing surge protection to protect equipment from power surges. Installed hard start kit. Customer upgraded tune up to maintenance plan.System is cooling normal at this time.
