Tech Cody arrived customer's house, I meant Mrs Ready and she directed me inside to the thermostats and then showed me the attic access to the indoor units. She told me about her concern for some hot and cold spots in the home, from my inspection I found that to remedy this all we had to do was adjust the dampers on the supply vents. I started my inspection with the indoor unit for the downstairs, first thing I noticed when I opened up the unit was microbial growth inside, the homeowner did not have a filter for me to replace the old one with, the blower wheel look clean, and there was corrosion on the indoor coil. I then moved over to the indoor unit for the upstairs, again the first thing I noticed when I opened up the unit was microbial growth inside, the blower wheel look clean, the filter was in need of replacement, the evaporator coil was heavily corroded and also had microbial growth in between the fins.
