I hope that fixes the problem with the heat pump I have only had the unit put in 39 days ago

10/2/24 Mark D - This is a propane fueled liquid cooled 4 cylinder generac generator. Technician did not have the correct parts needed to perform generator maintenance on this unit. Pausing job until parts are ordered. Need to order spark plugs and filters for generac Model : RG04524ANAX Serial : 3012644763
Upon arrival, techs started In air handler. Techs noted that the ducts needed fixed. A couple ducts crushed, 18 was not attached properly, as well as, the flow of the 18. Once finished up stairs, techs moved to condenser. Once techs got all their readings. Techs then washed and waxed condenser. While talking to customer, techs suggested replacement and correction of ducts. As well as a compressor saver. Customer wants to go talk to another credit company about financing and will be at the office Monday to talk to reception.
Found cap in return that was blocking an opening into the supply trunk line had come partially off allowing hot supply air to be cycled back through the system increasing pressures and inevitably leading to the high pressure lockout at the outdoor unit re sealed cap and adjusted charge
Relocated the flex duct connection to the front of the plenum instead of on the trunk line and added a damper increasing the airflow to opposite side of the home
Removing 2 fur down units replacing with 1 Amana 2 stage 48k heat pump horizontal. Using kitchen fur down location as return and tapping supply into existing trunk line and running spiral across from one trunk to the other
