Arrived to no cool. Found that the 35/5 dual run capacitor had failed. Replaced capacitor, fixed electrical connections and added a compressor saver to help with the efficiency and reliability of the w system. Performed function check. System was cooling the home upon departure.
Down flow straight electric system. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Ecm blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Adding a compressor saver is highly recommended to help with the efficiency and reliability of the system.
Performed Super tune up. Washed condensor and tightened connections Recommended drain switch, unit surge protector and compressor saver System cool and heat performed good delta Average 19 Inside unit clean in return and supply - inside unit somewhat dirty System left on cool at exit

Main unit has heavy biological growth inside system and heavy build up on blower wheel ,garage unit is operating, system has biological growth inside system,, customer has level 2 duct cleaning schedule for tomorrow at 12
01/05/24 Tyler S- cleared drain in upstairs master bathroom from shower drain.
Standard block in the master bathroom upstairs. Customer is waiting on insurance company or warranty company to cover.
Upon arrival system was turned off with fan on but outdoor unit was still running. Contactor had gotten stuck. Replaced contactor. System turns off when satisfied and when turning off on thermostat. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Left system in working condition.
Upon arrival system was turned off with fan on.turnung system on refrigeratant levels dropped system started to ice up. Started leak search but unable to find leak. Tried to top it off for the night but did not have enough refrigerant. Schedule us to come back out tomorrow with refrigerant and try leak search again. Leak was from suction line valve. Fixed leak. Topped off system. Left system in working condition.
Upon arrival for service system off. Inspected system. Line for txv had moved out of place stopping the the txv from adjusting properly. Reset line so txv would function properly. Left system on and cooling at departure
