Performed plumbing tuneup customer thought I was coming to change out her filter for ac as well. I made some recommendations she said she is on fixed income but will talk to her son and give us a shout back to maybe get some items done.

During inspection discovered that system had both the primary and secondary drain lines backed up and emergency drain pan was filled with water Also discovered that cap was almost below tolerance level, brought all of this information to the customers attention and he said he wanted to try to clear the drain line first himself and then if he couldnt get it that he would call us back out and also said he wanted to wait on the cap for now Left customers house with system cooling

Ran tune up on system. Found dual run cap to be dead, and compressor saver was only device starting up the compressor. All o5her components tested good. Cleaned off outdoor coil. Tested drain and water drained normally. Tested heat and found that the inducer motor was loud and starting to fail. Also found evaporator coil to be dirty. Due to age of unit, recommended to customer about a possible replacement. Customer declined at this time. Cleaned off indoor coil and sprayed with cleaner. Found no other issues at this time.

On arrival both systems were running and cooling effectively. The indoor units were in good shape, clear drain lines and a good delta for both systems. The older Goodman system could benefit from a blower cleaning but is otherwise in good shape. We washed and waxed both outdoor units. The newer system had no issues, I did recommend a compressor saver kit to prolong the life of his new system. The Goodman outside unit was over amping the compressor on start up. The max rated amps for the system is 73 and we were pulling 88.9. I again recommended the compressor saver kit to help extend the life of the system. As we left we insured that both systems were on and cooling as intended. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Upon arrival found system heating and cooling with a 20 delta. Filter was dirty and customer didn't have the right size of filter available. Helped customer order the correct size of filter (aprilaire 410) and she is going to change the filter herself. Recommended replacement of the UV bulb, installation of compressor saver, and surge protection. Customer approved all of these and renewed her membership. System was left cooling with a 20 delta
