For this super tune-up I inspected both furnaces and condensers, customer stated his upstairs was not cooling it was only blowing hot air and would not get below 80° in there. Both compressor capacitors were out of tolerance, however the customer only wanted to replace the upstairs capacitor at this time. I informed the customer that if that capacitor fails the downstairs will not be cooling just like the upstairs was not currently. Due to the rain I was unable to gauge up to accurately measure refrigerant levels, however with my deltas I do not believe there's any issues.
