6/24/25 Need to order a condenser fan motor and fan blade for
Customer states there is a vibration coming from the condenser fan. Technician checked the fan, the fan motor and all screws on the condenser fan top. Washed off condenser to ensure proper airflow and moved the fan blade up on the motor shaft by half an inch ton change the airflow. Vibrations stopped after minor adjustment. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
Technician arrived to customer home and introduced himself aswell as asking questions about home. Technician then grabbed tools and started in furnace inside home. Technician took panels off and inspected blower wheel plenums, all in good condition aswell as changing filter and taking electrical readings of inducer motor. Technician continued on condenser unit outside, took panels off washed it thoroughly and waxed it after. Technician then hooked gauges and took inrush amps of 32amps. Refrigerant levels where in range, also taking capacitor readings aswell in range. Technician also checked contactor and seemd in good condition. Technician put panels back on and took pictures. Technician then went with homeowner over the home questioner Technician had handed the homeowner whenever he stepped in.
