Install 36k hz heat pump keep current filtration, duct cleaning, new attic platform and 1500 sq ft R13 insulation
Primary electrical control, air handler is wedged between vertical supports and angled supports for roof, no platform, blower motor leaking oil , blower capacitor leaking oil, build up on blower wheel, evaporator coil rusty corroded and dirty, biological growth, duct cleaning, no drain protection, no insulation in majority of attic, system upgrade do to age condition refrigerate phase out and efficiency. Comfort advisor today 3-5.
Arrived at location and spoke with home owner. Inspected both systems. No issues found with system in garage. System in home had out of spec capacitor. Replaced under warranty. Renewed membership. Home owner requests that office contact to set up reoccurring payments for membership.
