Removed and replaced outdoor TXV. Recharged and tested both modes all modes performing optimally.
Customer said air blowing from supply was not hot or even warm for that matter I verified. After investigation outdoor hp was not coming on due to a coresense lockout reset. Attempted to duplicate fault hp is tripping on high head pressure after troubleshooting any and all possibilities narrowed it down to outdoor TXV metering device. High head pressure tripping quickly within 5-7 minutes of operation. Ordering part and will return when warehouse has acquired. Auxiliary heat is operational so they have heat while waiting on part acquisition. Entire balance paid in full.
After arrival I took a look at the water meter and and after ten minutes it went up .25 Again, so I then knocked on the door and began my investigation. I first started off in the bathroom where the issue was last time and i noticed that the homeowner did have the fill valve changed. But after looking at it a little bit more, I noticed that it was having the same problem and leaking out of the rubber hose into the overflow. I readjusted the heights and after that it no longer had the issue of leaking So I then went back to the city meter and then watched it for 15 to 20 minutes and the gallons per minute no longer went up. There's no warranty on today's job because no work was actually done. All I did was readjust the fill valve that the homeownerthat had replaced. If this problem arises once again I recommend getting a new fill valve professionally installed, thank you.
After arrival I knocked multiple times and rang the doorbell with no answer. So after finally speaking with dispatch, I was informed that the tenants left at 11 which was in the middle of my arrival time so they are not on property and there's nobody else here. I looked at the meter and after ten minutes it went up .25 and then after turning off the double check valve it did not change for another ten minutes , but before I left , I checked it again (after 15 minutes) and it did and going up another .25 When I was here last I turned off the whole homes Shut off valve which is in the wall in the garage And they meter stop spinning. I then took a look at the hallway bathroom. And the toilet was constantly running. So I shut off the angle stop and then. I checked the meter once again and it quit moving. So I called and told the landlord , and he said that his tenant would change it for him and that he did not want to move forward with our estimate.

After arrival I met with the tenants and they explained to me the issues they've been having with their water bill and they're unsure the reasoning behind it so they called us out here. They recently changed the flappers and fill valves in both toilets back in the summer and they recently started having issues back in mid november once again. I noticed that this was a newer home that was ran in pex piping, which meant that there was no piping underneath the home to cause a slab leak. So I immediately checked the irrigation line and came across no issues so I then dropped color tablets inside each toilet tank to make sure they were sealed properly and I came across no issues with that. But when I was taking a look at the second toilet I did hear a little bit of hissing so I decided to investigate further and there I noticed that water was still flowing through the rubber pipe even though no one has used the toilet in the past 30 plus minutes. 12/16/23 Tyler S- ran camera up cleanouts in front yard but main only shoots towards guest bath and that wasn't clogged. I couldn't run and of my small 25' cables in the sinks or shower drain because clog was farther down near the hall powder room. Toilets had water running under floating floors. Had to pull Toilet because it was the closest access to clog and then reset toilet with new wax ring and bolts.
1 year old Trane heat pump: Compressor saver, filter needs to be replaced. Homeowner not home. System is operating normally at this time.
Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are clean. Drain lines are flowing. Recommended a pan strip , went ahead and Installed it. Filter was changed. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor is within tolerance. Called customer and they walked out turned disconnect back on. They confirmed that the system turned on and is cooling. Recalled service fee due to technician error, will be back out there for a surge protector install on Wednesday.
