After arrival I met with the tenants and they explained to me the issues they've been having with their water bill and they're unsure the reasoning behind it so they called us out here. They recently changed the flappers and fill valves in both toilets back in the summer and they recently started having issues back in mid november once again. I noticed that this was a newer home that was ran in pex piping, which meant that there was no piping underneath the home to cause a slab leak. So I immediately checked the irrigation line and came across no issues so I then dropped color tablets inside each toilet tank to make sure they were sealed properly and I came across no issues with that.
