Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower dirty. Plenum is dirty. Recommended a duct clean and uv light but client rejected work. Drain lines are clear and flowing. Filter was changed. Looking at the outdoor unit, all electrical connections and components are good. Compressor capacitor is within tolerance. Fan capacitor out of tolerance but client decided to hold off on that. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Amp draws are acceptable.
