On arrival the system was running and cooling. I inspected the fan with water damage and it is unrelated to the hvac system. I inspected the indoor attic unit and the outdoor unit to ensure it's readiness for summer. I found the capicator on the outdoor unit out of tolerance. I recommended replacing it as once they are out of tolerance they improperly start the outdoormunit and are far more prone to complete failure. The compressor on the outdoor unit was overamping on start up so I recomended a compressor saver kit to decrease its work load and increase its lifespan. I recommended an iaq 200 air scrubber for the supply plenum to prevent buildup of biological growth. I also recommended a drain switch to better protect the house from any drain line clogs in the future. As I left the system was running and cooling.
