No pride in your work

Tech came out and replaced the out side lawn faucet and had to make a cut in the bathroom remove spray foam insulation to do the job which is no big deal. The faucet sticks out from the outside of the house 1/4” from the stone the mess that he left after completing the job was unsatisfactory. He took the piece of drywall that he cut out after we disused that I was going to need that to patch the hole up. For that 15 minute job it was over 1k. You would have figured he would have took pride in his job and leave the work area the same as you found it but I guess he doesn’t. Will definitely not go out of my way to use again. Just my experience and opinion.

Check Cody arrived to customer's home, I met Joey and he guided me inside to the thermostat and to the access to the indoor unit. I started my tune up inside at the indoor unit, the coil was clean the blower wheel was clean, I swapped out the filter, and the heat strips were pulling proper amperage. I then headed outside and wash the coil clean, and let it dry before taking my refrigerant readings. The electrical test for the inrush amperage for the compressor came back high likely because a hard start kit was not installed. The running amp test for the compressor and fan motor both came back well below manufacturer specifications according to the data tag. When taking the readings of the refrigerant charge my gauges were telling me that it was possibly undercharged but I believe it is because it is a cool day outside and there was no stress on the system, when taking the temperature split of the return and supply grills it was blowing very cold leading me to believe that the charger s

Ran super tune up. System is only using heat pump even though it's setup for gas. Customer uses propane furnace for primary heat. Ran system in cooling and everything performed adequately. Let customer know about bio growth in supply plenum and evap coil. They want to install IAQ 200 at later time. Outdoor unit was performing good as well.

Service fee waived per Brian H. AC repair. Arrived to no cool. Indoor blower would turn on but outdoor condenser would not. Discovered the breaker to the outdoor unit in the main panel had tripped. Reset breaker and it tripped again immediately. Meg ohm tested to compressor to find that it had a short to ground. Compressor has failed and needs to be replaced.
