Excellent service

The service is always excellent. The down side is every time my unit is serviced it's always a larger price quoted. $400 here, $800 there etc. I don't understand why I am asked to spend so much on a brand new unti not even 10 years old yet. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and that is not a good feeling.

Super tune up performed in a Lennox heat pump with air handler installed in 2019. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Ecm blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Air filter was changed. Refrigerant levels are low but technician was not able to locate a leak. All amp draws are in range. No drain protection has been installed. Highly recommend adding a drain switch and adding refrigerant to the system. Customer refused repairs at this time.

Tenant Diane is trying to get the multiple invoices from myself and Ian. I updated the contact information to reflect the tenants email. Please email her my previous invoice summary and estimates (June 17 2024 invoice and estimate). Claimed on the phone that she is refusing to turn on the unit because the landlord has not had the ducts clean and does not want to breath whatever comes out. 97° in the home. Claimed property owner declined her request of new duct work. I told Diane via phone that I'll let customer service know to email directly the invoice to her per request but can't promise since she's not the property owner.

Tech Cody arrived to Diane's home. The emergency drain line was draining water onto the front porch. I cleared the primary drain line and put two gallons of water down the drain line which flowed with no issue. I put a pan strip in the drain pan and sealed up the unit.

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. The unit is a Goodman package unit outside. The compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, the capacitor was within tolerance, and the contactor was in good condition. The blower and evaporator coil were both clean. The refrigerant circuit was properly charged, inside the temperature split was 19 degrees. I washed the coil and cleaned out the inside of the unit. I shared what I did with the homeowner and the system was cooling when I left.

I was able to complete my tune up and found nothing concerning just a missing cover plate in the bathroom but she does not want the free tune up service that comes with her membership regarding electrical or plumbing she only wants the HVAC

4 ton 2020 gas download - double wide renyal home. System is fully functional. Seems there used to be a package unit on the home due to a decommissioned return grill in floor. Tenant is not happy about the blower wheel noise, the ducts not being cleaned, and the filter system being a hassle to replace. I did my best to sympathize with tenant. Homeowner has had electrical work done on grounds but tenant claims that some outlets still don't work and even the indoor unit had to have a dedicated circuit put in not too long ago. I opened all vents, put filters on the door of the indoor unit and created an estimate for duct cleaning. After system was on, Tenant did not like that she was breathing in "uncleaned" duct air. Ian C did a good job cleaning the coils and blower wheel. Homeowner was nowhere to be found on the Ranch as I took time to look for her. Tenant is a 75yo on a very restricted income. Office may need to call owner for payment.

2018 goodman hp 2 ton and 5 ton. Husband not home today, wife doesn't make decisions without him (understandable). Homeowner was watching neighbors dogs so I was not able to access inside home. Systems are fully functional. Main unit has a filter size too small, requires a 20×25×1. Drain lines clear. Biological growth found in both indoor units. Main unit has rust on the 60amp square D pass through breaker. Duct cleaning is needed. Electrical components inspected. Blower and evaporator coil inspected. Outdoor units washed and waxed. Components are within range. Refrigerant levels acceptable. Homeowner is extremely interested in the system decontamination estimate due to health concerns. She asked if her husband can call me to talk more about it.

Uon arrival system was on and operating Coils had froze over early this week per customer. Checked refrigerant levels and they were slightly low, located leakin Schrader valve and an extremely dirty condesner coil. Cleaned condesner coil from the inside out, checked for leaks on line set, evap coil and condesner coil, found no other leaks at this time. Refrigerant levels are acceptable after cleaning condesner coils Used 12oz 410a
