Mark W and Derek were very professional and caring to my situation.
Mark was an excellent technician and was extremely knowledge about HVAC systems. Mark evaluated our systems and gave the most needed options first and then future plans for our systems. We can not recommend Comfort Experts and their techs enough. 5 stars across the board.
Cody Brooks is an outstanding technician. He is a he's Curtis. He's passed his there. He did a good job and I would like him on any job about hell. Give him a raise
These guys were extremely nice. They worked fast and installed our unit even correcting some problems from our previous system. Absolute professionals!
Great job! Daniel and his helper came and knocked it out. Thank you!
The service is always excellent. The down side is every time my unit is serviced it's always a larger price quoted. $400 here, $800 there etc. I don't understand why I am asked to spend so much on a brand new unti not even 10 years old yet. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and that is not a good feeling.
Ian was very polite and he acted like he knew what he was doing. And he did know what he was doing. When he left, my air conditioning was cooling and I am a happy woman! Thank you Comfort Experts!
No service fee we had just done a panel change and the problem could be the breaker I switched out the breaker and adjusted a two to three prong adapter but I'm going to talk to Brian to get some estimates on changing out some of these 2 prongs
Super tune up performed today on a Coleman downflow air handler with heat pump installed in 2016. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Evaporator coil has some corrosion present. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Highly suggest adding a compressor saver to the outdoor unit to help with the reliability of the system upon start up.
