Air is bypassing the bedroom ducts and favoring the main 16 inch duct that is feeding the new plenum to the rest of the house. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer regarding re engineering the duct work and do a load calculation of the home to ensure the unit is sized properly for the addition.
