Tech arrived for a service call. Upon arrival the customer mentioned that there was a error code on the thermostat and the system shut down for a couple hours then came back on. The drain was checked and was gargling. The customer had installed the drain line trap and the vent appeared to be in the opposite position. The customer will add one to the other side of the trap.
