Have an underground water leak feeding the house (1/2" pipe). I know where the leak is. I have parts to fix it myself (just not the time) the plumber was nice but I'm not paying $725 to install a 1/2 galvanized repair coupling. Way out of line in my opinion. I was in the HVAC/Plumbing industry for years that's why I know it's way too high.

After checking the panel on the outside and inside and determining the problem is affecting the whole house I believe the transformer and the lines coming from it need to be checked

Evaporator coil is extremely rusted. Blower wheel has heavy buildup. Blower motor has leaking oil. Blower capacitor weak. Filters are not replaced regularly. Vapor line needs insulation. System is not pulling humidity out of the air correctly and the upstairs unit is showing signs of rust. No proper Indoor disconnect. Husband is out of town but was able to FaceTime with him and educate on system saftey and performance. I shared all my photo evidence with Mrs.Teague and brought her to the issues. Both homeowners agreed that the 30yo system needs to be replaced. They mentioned getting other quotes. Cash buyers.
