Main living area system - On arrival the down stairs Condenser was not turning on , found the pass through breaker inside the unit was flipped off turned ot back on and monitored the system , refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time, electrical connections were acceptable, washed the unit from the inside out , waxed the top of the unit. Blower wheel was acceptable, Evaporator coil was acceptable, changed the filter for customer, poured a gallon of water down the drain and it drained, uv bulb burned out reccomened replacing. Upstairs system- checked refrigerant levels and they were acceptable at this time, washed the unit out from the inside , waxed the top of the unit , dual capacitor was acceptable, electrical contactor was acceptable. Filter had been changed recently , blower wheel was acceptable, Evaporator coil was acceptable, electrical connections were acceptable, checked the drain by pouring a gallon of water down the drain.
