Complete: Worked on Upstairs Unit. Complete: 2 Systems: Carrier Split HP: HO Said unit leaking water. Found water leaking out from around bathroom vent. (Pics in Docs). At the AH found pan full of water and leaking out of secondary drain plug. Plug is not ran outside just stopped capped off. Checked condensate line and secondary line. Both clean and clear replaced P-Trap and secondary pan plug. Found no sign of leaking in primary pan. At the HP found system low in refrigerant. Believe the water in pan was due to unit freezing and thawing out. Added 1lb of 410 and checked to make sure Unit was draining properly. Informed HO with findings and system looks good and working great at this

Complete: 1 (2) zone System: HO said HP was making loud noise. At HP found fan not running, check fan cap and it’s was low. Replaced cap and it still struggled to come on. Tried bigger cap due to motor being able to use it. Same result. Looked and saw that the motor had two wires hanging on the inside. It was actually a plug that had come unplugged. Plugged them in, went back with the smaller 7.5 cap and system fired up. Checked charge and amp draws, RA and SA and system is working great at this time!
