This is our 2nd time working with Comfort First and Jason came out both times. Once was last summer, when they completely saved the day, by getting to us so quick when our AC went out. Then yesterday he came out to do a yearly maintenance check. He was very informative about what he tested and what he found and even took pics of it fir me to see. We are extremely happy with them!
After waiting for a week and a half with the temps in the high 80s and 90s the technician came here. He told me it was a wire. He checked the wires and narrowed it down to two and replaced them. Last night, 8/7 the AC went out again. I am not happy. I’m 70 and have a small dog and neither of us should have been in that heat. It’s not working again and I’m very unhappy!
He has been to our house before and is very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he fully explains what is going on and what caused the issue and how he fixed it.
He explained things in a way that was easy to understand about how the units operate and what to do to keep them running well. Have never had the explanations he gave before and it was nice.
It was very stressful, because of how long it was before they could come out, but when the technician looked at everything he was able to find the problem very quickly. He also answered a few questions I had to be sure I understood what needed to be done. When I received s call later that afternoon I was very surprised by the amount they said I may be responsible for.
