Service man Bill was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He did all he could to help make sure we remain comfortable while we await repairs. We’ve had a rough few weeks, (since May) trying to get relief from the heat. Once Bill arrived to service our situation, things begin to fall into place as they should have before hand. Prior to his arrival, we can’t getting a run around. No one was actually getting to the root of the problem. Repairs were made that only served as a Band-Aid, and the air kept going out again. Now I feel confident that everything will be repaired properly. Bill really knows what he’s doing and answer questions to make us aware of all we needed to know in this process. I wish you were on site from the beginning. My ratings below reflect my experience only after Bill’s assignment to our home. Riot to this, was a nightmare of unnecessary actions and charges that did not fix our units; with long waits between visits.
