Complete 1 System Goodman Pak System System: EPA Cooling Maintenance. Checked tstat and air filter. Checked blower motor amp draw. Inspected all wiring at the AH. Inspected evap coil. Drain line found clear. Checked compressor and cfm amp draws. Checked pressures. Inspected all wiring at the condenser unit. Checked dual cap. Cleaned condenser coil. System is running great at this time.
Incomplete 1 System (year2009) Trane Dual Fuel Gas Pak: HO stated system was tripping breaker. Found compressor grounded.
Complete 2 Systems Worked on DS Amana Straight A/C: EPA Cooling Maintennace: Checked thermostat and air filter. Checked blower motor amp draw. Checked all wiring. Inpected evap coil. Rheem gas pack checked system found zone system unwired and not in operation casing temp to be higher on second floor need to added thermostat and rewire zone system
Trane heat pump replaced Indoor TXV and pulled vacuum and added 1 lb R-410 refrigerate and cycled system working at this time
Trane heat pump amd air handler checked system found bad indoor TXV need to replace indoor TXV
