Awesome service, let me know what was needed

Very good service let me know what was wrong was very straightforward and kind. Brought my dogs some treats which they are very happy. We all are.

Incomplete: LG Mini split: Wasn’t blowing hot air. At the Outdoor unit found compressor terminals unattached from top of compressor. Needs new compressor. Need to order in the AM. Talked to HOs mother and she is ok with Beth giving her a call about options towards a new system. Pics in Docs
