Andy did a great job to narrow down what was causing my unit not to work. Grant it’s 100 degrees and I know they just want to get home. He was very thoughtful and willingness to find out why it stopped working in the first place was a great welcome. The unit started working before even looking at it and both of us were in awe of why. But Andy didn’t just want to leave without going thru every possible reason of why it happened in the first place. Most people would have said “I don’t know what to tell you?” But he insisted we figure it out. Eventually we found the culprit and was quick to get it up and going. Thanks for your help. Andy did an excellent job!

Complete: 1 System: Trane Str8 A/C - Gas Furnace: HO had put in the call for AC thinking that the AC and Heat were all one unit. She said the company before keeps Putting refrigerant in the AC and finally said she needed a new AC. She also said her heat would work for a bit and turn off, but the unit kept blowing and she thought that her Tstat was bad. I explained to her all the differences. I did go to her attic and everything seemed to be working fine but the flame sensor was really dirty. I cleaned the flame sensor and I believe that was the issue of the heat cutting off. Now the blower ran all the time bc she had the fan ON and I showed her that. She still wanted me to check her AC and I told her I couldn’t bc it was to cold outside. I showed her how to use her tstat and I cycled the system a couple of times. She still was skeptical about the A/C Gas furnace deal. She was cool about it but I told her to call us back in the spring if she had issues. Also tried to sale her an EPA and
Complete: 2 Systems worked on upstairs unit: Essentially the HO is complaining about temp drop into his bedroom vs the other room. The other room drop rt under the supply coming out of unit where the back bedroom is about a 15-20’ run. Temp coming from other bedrooms was about 110-115 degrees where as in his bedroom the temp dropped to 105 and 103 two registers. The air flow into that room was great. Tstat is in the hall. Duct work looked in good shape. He does have two windows beside his bed as well facing north he says. I told him he really only had two options. New Tstat with Temp sensor or new more efficient unit. But for now everything is working as it should at this time.
