Complete 1 System Gas Furnace HO ststed they installed a nest tstat and system was running but after a few weeks stoped working. Found common wire not making full contact with tstat. Pulled it out and reconnected. Tested. Cycled system on cool and heat mode. System is running great at this time.
Incomplete 2 Systems worked on DS York Straight A/C. HO got this ditpatch due to system being low in ref. System is more than 3 lbs low in ref. Performed a leak search. Found leak at the evap coil. Called Virginia Air to check if system was still under warranty. They told it was but since these are new home owners they told me it went back to the 5 year warranty and systme be out of warranty. System holds 6 lbs of 410A. Called East Coast to order part. Will need a helper to install case coil. No ductwork modifications. P#: CHPF3636B6. Price: In Stock. They’ll place it in the next truck. PO#: 82203. HO stated they were not interested on a new system at the moment.

Drain line found clear. Checked compressor and cfm amp draws. Checked pressures. Inspected all wiring at the condenser unit. Checked dual cap. Cleaned condenser coil. System is running great at this time.
Changed out furnace in attic with straight ac outside.
Complete 1 System 2 Zones Goodman HP Split System. Cooling Maintenance. Checked tstat and air filter. Checked blower motor amp draw. Checked and made sure motor dampers were working properly. Inspected all wiring at the AH. Inspected evap coil. Drain line found clear. Checked compressor and cfm amp draws. Checked pressures. Inspected all wiring at the condenser unit. Checked dual cap. Cleaned condenser coil. System is running great at this time.
Complete 1 System Carrier HP Split System. Came to replace evap coil. Removed old coil. Brazed new evap coil. Leak tested system. Pulled vacuum. Added 7 lbs of R22. System is running great at this time.
Complete 1 System Goodman A/C with ADP AH. HO stated system freezed up. Found air filter completely clogged up. 100%. Replaced it. Checked pressures. System is running great at this time.
