Not too often do you get a contractor to come out and be polite, professional, have customer service skills and interact with a customer, but that is not the case here. This technician was GREAT! A person could not want anyone else more qualified to do this job then this technician and the company. It is hard getting scheduled but once I was on the schedule everything else just went smoothly.
