Billy was so helpful. A previous company came out 3 times and reported no problems with our a/c unit after having to put 2 pounds of Freon in. Billy listened to me regarding what was happening with the system and went straight to work to locate the leak in the system. He took pictures of where the leak was in order to help better explain the problem. He talked through all of our options and set up for a project manager to come to our home today.
