I have experienced some of the best customer service with Comfort First! Renee is awesome! She was thorough, informative, and patient. She was able to answer all of my questions and extended her services to me if I had any further questions. She took the time to go over all of my options while taking the time to ensure I understood each of them. I have received excellent customer service from all members of the team, with whom I have interacted, from the service representative, Tony, the office representative, Beth, and the project manager, Renee. I would be remiss if I did not mention Renee’s awesome pink truck!!! I love that it represented the company and breast cancer awareness. Great customer service partnered with responsibility to a great cause!!! A company who puts people first.
