Shawn was awesome. He explained things perfectly. Out of all the techs we’ve dealt with from your company, he was by far the best!!! He took our frustrations and concerns very seriously!!! Thank you Shawn!!!
We had our new HVAC installed today by Devin and Josh. They were here early, very professional, and stayed here til late this evening to make sure our new unit was up and running since it was going to be so cold tonight. Can’t say enough how thankful we are for their dedication and would recommend comfort first to anyone because of these two guys specifically. So thankful.
Cody and Jeremy were fantastic. They were polite and informative. They explained everything I needed to know about the new system. We had been without heat for a couple of weeks. The first night they started the install was supposed to get in the low 20’s. They modified the install process so we had heat that night. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the Raleigh area.
Ricky and Omar were extremely professional and did a quick, courteous and thorough job. I told them I'd just gotten home from an overnight shift and needed to sleep. They promised to be as quiet as possible while installing a new unit. They were! I got a great sleep and woke up just as they were finishing up. They were very friendly and answered all my questions with a smile. They left everything as clean as it was before they arrived. Given that I was asleep most of the time they were there -- it was almost like a new unit just magically appeared! I'd recommend their work to anyone. Thank you!
In the past I guess I was used to the "quicky" check up on HVAC... Today I was pleased that John with Comfort First did an excellent job! As I put in the title, he was not rushed, took the time to check things out thoroughly and completely, AND answered questions and explained! He came when scheduled, let us know exactly when he'd arrive, and scheduled also had when WE wanted it scheduled! Thanks!
The technician was very courteous. He explained the process of his visit, service call. He diagnosed the problem, corrected it,Thanks!!! Great
