From the time the dispatcher/Receptionist called to setup the appointment; I experienced nothing but courteous and informative service. Unlike the previous Contractor. Billy and the other man(sorry) didn’t get his name was very courteous and explained to me what he was doing and why. He also told me he was here to make sure that he didn’t leave anything to chance and covered all aspects of the AC unit which included crawling underneath the house. He assured me he was here to make sure I was happy with the service. The lady told me to turn off the unit which was another area the previous Contractor failed to tell me and just by luck the unit they looked at was not frozen over. I have two units and didn’t realize I had to verify that at the beginning of the endeavor. I requested the first service via online and it didn’t specify how many units so I assumed they would service both; but luckily for me they didn’t because the service I received from Advanced Appliances was appalling. They came in my home with no foot protectors tracking water and dirt on my hardwood floors unlike Comfort First, they immediately before entering put on foot protectors. The service I got from Comfort First by far outweighed the terrible service I received from Advanced Appliances, which I also rated with their company as well as my Service provider. I also asked that if they could not remove or if Advanced was all they had to drop my contract. Well I won’t get into the issue any further but let’s just say Advanced Appliances is never allowed at my home again. I will also contact my many friends and followers and advised them to use Comfort First. Excellent and respectful and honest service!
