Justin was here to review our system for a warranty item. He inspected the system, took pictures and then reviewed everything with me including next steps. He was very personable and it was nice talking to him since he grew up a few miles from our home in NY. The staff also kept me apprised of Justin’s schedule during the day so that I knew when to expect him. Very good communications which I appreciated.
