I love the way he explained everything so I would know what to expect, what was happening and why. Attention to detail was evident. When confronted with a problem, it was visible he was thinking in through and when he couldn’t, he didn’t try to BS his way out of it, he asked for help. That is honesty and transparency. Love it!
