Complete: 2 Systems: EPA Maintenance US Lennox Split Heat Pump: Air Handler: Checked Amp Draws on the Blower Motor and Heat strips, checked the capacitor and blower wheel. Inspected Evap coil. Heat Pump: Checked the charge, and the capacitor. Check the Amp draws on the fan and compressor. Cleaned Unit. System looks good and running Great at this time. DS Goodman Gas Pack: EPA Maintenance: Checked the Amp Draws on the blower motor. Checked the capacitor. Checked Heat Exchanger. Cleaned burners, Flame sensor and Checked Roll out switch. Washed it cleaned it out. System looks good and working good at this time.
Complete: 1System: Trane Split HP: HO said system wasn’t doing anything. Found fuse blown at the AH. Checked for shorts in Tstat wires and found none. I asked if anyone had removed the Tstat or worked near the AH DS. The HO said she didn’t think so. Rt now it’s just a blown fuse. Replaced and cycled the system at least 8 times and it did not blow again. Also sold and installed truck stock Nest Learning Tstat. Walked HO through Nest learning process and got it connected to her phone. System working great at this time.
Complete: 1 System: Rheem Split HP: Went to the door and rang the door bell a couple times. Called HO and he asked to reschedule due to work issues.
Complete: 1 System: Carrier split HP: Replaced Limit switch and heat strips came one all 15kw. HO when I went to run unit with HP only heating, I would kick on and rt back off. Found broken Tstat wire from Tstat to outside unit. Replaced and system came on. When I removed hp service panel fuse immediately blew. Found loose wires on contractor and two capacitor busted. Replaced capacitors with 60cap and 7.5 cap. Tightened all wires as well as strapped everything neatly inside. Put panel on cycled system and everything is working as it should at this time.

Incomplete: 1 System, Carrier Split HP. HO said it only worked for just a little while after we left last time. Found blown fuse. Placed in resettable fuse. Found Tstat off and smelt of burning out the back. Replaced Tstat. Found short in first set of heat strips limit switch. Need to order new limit from Carrier. When office opens back up.

Complete: 1 System: Rheem Str8 A/C Gas Furnace: Spoke with niece about issues they were experiencing. Noticed water spots on ceiling of garage and a couple of days ago heat wasn’t coming on so she went to the breaker box and breaker WAS NOT tripped. However she cut breaker off and back on and system fired up and they haven’t had an issue since. I told her that she probably just reset the breaker and the breaker could be potentially going bad but cannot tell unless it does it server all times or it cuts out. The water damage on the garage ceiling. The water spots in that location doesn’t make much sense. In the attic I found one possible mark but there is no sign of water coming out of the unit, off lines or anything that would cause the marks. The niece said that her uncle noticed the marks the other day and asked the HO (an older lady) how long they had been there and she wasn’t aware. She has owned the home a little over a year. I could not find data plate on the Furnace but looked l
