Carl came to my house within 3 hours of me contacting their office. Was very thoughtful putting shoe covers in before coming in asked a lot of questions before starting to get best idea of what was going on. Could have easily sold me on replacing as much as they wanted to but he gave me a basic run down of the situation asked what I thought and was made part of the process versus being told what to do. Carl was efficient with his time and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. Now our HVAC unit is as good as new. Thank you Carl and the Comfort First Team!!!!

Complete 2 System worked both systems. EPA Cooling Maintenance: US Amana HP Split System: Checked thermostat and air filter. Checked blower motor amp draw. Checked all wiring. Inpected evap coil. Made sure drain line was clear. Checked cfm and compressor amp draws. Checked all wiring at condenser. Checked dual run cap. Checked pressures. Cleaned condenser coil. System is running great at this time. DS Amana Gas Pak Straight A/C: Checked thermostat and air filter. Checked run cap. Checked blower motor amp draw. Checked all wiring. Inpected evap coil.
