She also said that the last people who came out told them what to look for and what to do to remedy. Ok Sound i found in attic AH that yes, the pan was full, but several issues. 1. Bad Float switch, 2. Primary condensate line had a backwards pitch due to some tile shoved under it. 3. The door cap that covers the Evap condensate was left on over top of the existing one which didn’t allow the male pvc to be tightly screwed in. 4. Clogged secondary line. ...... Replaced Float switch, replaced Ptrap and solved pitch issue. Also blew out secondary. Now there is still a lot of rust in that pan as well as in the primary pan. Informed HO of all findings. I also used pan tabs in the primary. System is working as it should at this time.
