James came out after a 14 hour day, driving over 2 hours to get to my house. “ My A/C isn’t working and it’s 88 degrees in my house” It was 98 yesterday ! Within 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem, Fixed it and A/C is working again. I also would like to thank Paige for her kindness and assistance. James came in and listened to what the issue was with my upstairs heat pump. He tested it and gave me the results of his findings. Turns out the coil was not “dead” is just needed Freon. Thank you for sending me an experienced technician that knows his job !
