Jo did A fantastic job with service recovery. It started with Mike great job ( hes awesome) , and Beth on the phone. She is terrific. Jo brought it home. We have had a tough ride and Jo had us "drinking the kool aid" after his sales pitch. Seems to be an honest guy that takes pride in his job and company. We had another quote from a local company and were really leaning towards them until Jo pitched us. We would not haven't even gotten to Jo if Beth hadn't done such a good job bringing me back from the ledge. Lots of frustrations with previous calls.
