Our fan motor blew out 5 days before Christmas (on a Friday, so the earliest they could even order a new one would be Monday... so there would be no way it would be fixed before Christmas) We have two children (a 1 year old and 12 years old) and the thought of going through the holiday without heat was heartbreaking! Billy was our technician, and he went above and beyond, determined to get us a warm house "today", he said. Billy went out to his truck and came back in saying that he "wasn't going to let us go through the holidays in a cold house"... and that he "was going to BUILD us a new motor"!!! I've never heard of a company going that far out of their way to accommodate a customer! I will always go through this company for all of our HVAC needs! We highly recomend these guys! Five star!!!

I have been pleased with the service provided to us by everyone from comfort first. From the first persen I spoke with, Natasha, to each and every service person who has worked on my unit especially Billy who came all the way down here at night tonight in record time to fix a problem and get our unit back on track.... great personality ... he is a keeper!! He fixed the unit then took the time to answer several questions we had and did not rush us. When we has the unit installed we were shown how things worked and were sure we caught on to it all but then I started to have questions and Billy answered them all We also liked Jo Brown who explained our unit choices with no high pressure sales. Who ever is heading up Comfort First must treat his workers with respect and care because they all take pride in their work and I think that has to be because the company is well run.
